Uday Madasu is a seasoned Information Technology Executive with over 20 years of transformative leadership experience in healthcare and nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Covenant Health, Uday has been instrumental in implementing AI-driven tools and optimizing patient engagement, and optimizing IT support services. Ivan Durbak

Ivan has been a senior IT executive for over 25 years, with extensive experience in planning, developing, and managing information system applications, conducting IT audits, implementing IT security solutions, and re-engineering business workflows. Currently, Ivan is the CIO at BronxCare Health System, an integrated delivery system with two hospitals, several emergency centers, two nursing homes, and 27 outpatient clinic centers providing almost 1,000,000 clinic services annually to a large segment of the central and south Bronx areas.

Steve Anderman

Mr.Anderman was the COO of Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center until 2014.He joined the hospital’s executive staff in July 1998. Mr. Anderman has a public service career with the New York State Department of Health, spanning over 20 years. He was the Deputy Director with the Health Care Financing Program for New York State for over 13 years. He has an M.S. and an MBA in Health Administration from Union College in Schenectady, New York and a B.S. from SUNY College at Potsdam, New York.

Chandra Mouleswaran S

Chandra has around 25+ years of rich experience in IT Infrastructure Management, enterprise applications design & development and incubation of new products / services in various industries. He was with Genpact earlier, where he had served as CTO for about 7 years before becoming the leader of IP Creation. He had built a new virtual desktop service called LeanDeskSM for Genpact, from ‘concept’ to ‘commercialization’.

 

He has also created a patent for a mistake proofing application called ‘Advanced Command Interface”. He thinks ahead and his implementation of ‘disk based backup using SAN replication’ in one of his previous organizations as early as in 2005 is a proof of his visionary skills. Chandra is a graduate in Electronics and communication engineering.

Guru has over 20 plus years of business leadership experience across industries and geographies. In his prior engagements, he was the Vice President and part of the Leadership Team at iGate Corp and was responsible for multiple industry verticals. He is also experienced in marketing and has driven marketing for global companies like Coca-Cola and Asian Paints. He has expertise in engaging with global 2000 CXOs, building businesses through client engagement, building value based relationships and crafting solutions that addresses client business problems. He holds an engineering degree and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IIM Bangalore, India.His interests include writing blogs on various technology and business issues. Keith B Pitts

Mr. Pitts served as the vice chairman of Tenet Healthcare Corporation from 2013 until 2019. He joined Tenet from Vanguard Health Systems, where he also served as vice chairman. Prior to joining Vanguard, he served as the chairman and chief executive officer of Mariner Post-Acute Network, a post-acute services group that operated nursing homes, long-term acute-care hospitals, sub-acute assisted living facilities, and institutional pharmacies and provided therapy and rehabilitation staffing services. In addition, Mr. Pitts served as the executive vice president and chief financial officer for OrNda HealthCorp, a predecessor of Tenet. Prior to joining OrNda, he was a consultant to healthcare organizations, including as a partner in Ernst & Young’s healthcare consulting practice. He is a member in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Florida Institute of CPAs, and served three terms as the chairman of the Federation of American Hospitals (FAH), the industry association that represents investor-owned hospitals. Mr. Pitts is a CPA and has a B.S. in business administration from the University of Florida.
